The OxyGuard Model 420 Oxygen Probe is a membrane-covered galvanic oxygen sensor with an integrated two-wire 4-20 mA transmitter. Designed for stable, continuous oxygen measurement, it can be connected directly to compatible alarms, indicators, controllers, recorders, PLCS and computer-based monitoring systems.
The probe connects to a DC power supply and draws a current between 4 and 20mA corresponding to the measured oxygen concentration. Its two-wire configuration makes installation straightforward, while galvanic isolation helps prevent interference between the probe, connected equipment and process fluid.
